In addition, the company has an in-house team for Quality Control led by its Managing Director. In view of the growing market for real estate in Andhra Pradesh, the company by end of year 2006 plans to grow to about 110 employees strong.

Senior Site Engineers:

Candidate should be a BE / DCE (Civil) with above 8 to 10 years of experience, and should have worked on multi-storied residential & commercial complexes.

Site Engineers:

Candidate should be a BE / DCE (Civil) with 5 to 8 years of experience, and should have worked on multi-storied residential & commercial complexes.

Head (Purchase):

Candidate should be a BE /ME (Civil) with more than 20 years of experience in the Purchases Department of a reputed developer / construction company. Knowledge of the latest construction / finishing materials is a must and should be well conversant with computers. Candidates with post graduation or diploma in Material Management will have an added advantage.

Candidates having other educational qualification but relevant experience in the Purchase Department in the construction industry will also be considered.
